I promise to try harder

to remember to do this everyday. I am sorry I have forgotten this week. It has totally skipped my mind. I had to leave right away yesterday to get home and had to teach religion class today after school in my daughter's class. I will put a post it on my computer so I won't leave until I add a post for the day. Please have your child remind me to post a post it. Thanks.

Spelling - Choose 3 activities from the spelling sheet. Test Friday.

Math - Test tomorrow - Bring the study guide back to school on Wed. to be turned in for a grade.

Language - Bring in a baby picture of yourself.

Social Studies - Read p. 156 - 159 with someone at home and discuss the content.

Tuesday 9/23

I am so sorry that I didn't post yesterday. My computer at home was giving me troubles and I Couldn't add it from there! If you see me tomorrow, tell me, "It's ok, even teachers make mistakes!"

5th grade - 2.6

READING TEST ON "DONOVAN'S WORD JAR" TOMORROW!

Nice warm temperatures this week, bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. Did you know the brain doesn't function as well when the body is not properly hydrated?

HOMEWORK!!

ENJOY YOUR WEEKEND!
I had such a great week with you all. I love the level of participation you give me and the energy you bring to school. I enjoyed record levels of classwork and homework completion! Enjoy the weather this weekend, especially after last weekend's rain...YUK! I will look forward to another week of great learning and fun times.

5th grade - family letter and 2.2

Spelling - test Fri. and 3 activities from the contract

Reading - read at least 20 minutes. Get outside with your book and enjoy reading outside, while you can. Who knows? You may find a rock!
