This class opened my eyes to many of the collaborative tools that exist for teachers to utilize. One of the projects we worked on collaboratively in this class was the Tech Tool Hunt. This was a terrific way for each of us to share what we have learned through trial and error. Many tools were shared, including Padlet, Kahoot, and the many Google applications, to name a few. The part of this activity that was meaningful was reading the ways the applications were implemented by my colleagues. Next year, we will have a stronger push to integrate new methods using the SAMR model, so this was a great practice for thinking about how to use these different tools to help with that. I plan on keeping this form handy as I prepare new lessons for the school year. Having 1:1 Chromebooks this year will make this an easier transition to modifying previous lessons with these new ideas!
