As you may have read in the previous post, we are lucky to have a new teacher join us for Literacy, Mrs. Eaton. This week, we are starting a new story and are focusing on different cultures and how it feels to move to a new place and understand the culture of the people who surround you. This is a great site to learn more about the Chinese culture. Read a little and write a bit to teach the class during some extra time! What can you teach us about this culture?
Do you have any sites that would teach us about other cultures? Sit down one night with your parent/child (always have a parent with you for safety) and google a country you are interested in. Find out something interesting you can share with the class.
