Parents,
Today, the boys and girls had the follow up session regarding puberty. They were separated as they learned more and talked about the changes that their bodies are going to go through. Many questions may be coming home tonight about new things they learned, so please take time to ask what your child is feeling about what they are learning. It is a great time to open the line of discussion that will continue for YEARS. It's great to be a parent!
Today, we also were MAJORLY impressed with the 3rd grade musical. WOW!! Mr. Pape did an amazing job preparing a wonderful program! I can't wait to see what he and Mrs. Wagoner do with the fifth graders! The evening program is tonight at 7pm, so if you'd like an evening of entertainment, just come on over!
Many kids still need to turn in ther field trip permission slip to Metea on Monday for the author visit. The report card envelope was due last Friday, so if you haven't signed that, please do and return it by Friday. Finally, please talk with your child about their middle school choice, sign that note and get it back to me as soon as possible!

Snow Treasure - read up through chapter 15
packet questions for chapter 7-12 (20 questions - USE YOUR BOOK!!)
study those questions
flashcard words (all 13 from this week, as well as the 25 from last week)
Newsletter - should be read and signed
Math - Mrs. Kallal and Mrs. Ryan's class has homework. My class does not - but there are some fun websites under the right margin (Advanced Math Sites - FDP -fractions, decimals, percents)
